It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Louise Powers of Allentown, Pennsylvania, born in Fort Knox, Kentucky, who passed away on March 19, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Arthur Powers and Catherine Bernardine McCarron Powers. She is survived by: her sons, David M. Tench of Brooklyn, NY and Connor W. Tench of Oakland, CA; her former husband Robert E. Tench of Allentown; and her brothers, Robert Powers of Needham, MA, David Powers of Allentown and Mark Powers of Port Deposit, MD. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

The family respectfully requests that memorial donations be made to the church or to the Lehigh University Choral Union in care of the funeral home.
