He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Molina and Carmen DeJesus Calos; and his brothers, Daniel Munoz DeJesus, Eduardo Molina and Fernando Molina.
He is survived by: his spouse Elba Otero; his children, Carmen Munoz, Luis A. Munoz, Alejandro Munoz, Jacqueline Munoz, Javier Munoz and Katherine Acevedo; and his siblings, Elsie Munoz DeJesus, Beatriz Munoz DeJesus, Carmen Evelyn Molina, Janet Molina, Carmen Veronica DeJesus and Jose Molina DeJesus. He is also survived by Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.
