She was predeceased by: her husband Richard J. Whitehead; her parents, Jacob Y. Siesholtz and Sallie Siesholtz (Hendricks); and her siblings, Sarah Neubauer and Jacob Siesholtz.
She is survived by: her daughter Sally Davis (Jack); her grandchildren, Megan McCormick (Albert), John Davis and Bryan Davis (Chloe); her great grandchildren, Emily, Jayden Davis, Connor, Caitlin McCormick and Lucy Davis; and her sister-in-law Bernice Whitehead. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Contributions in memory of Lucy may be made to St. Peter's Lutheran Church (Hanover Ave.); Allentown Art Museum Auxiliary, or Muhlenberg Hospital Auxiliary.
