He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen C Barcay and Anne C. Barcay (Mikulas); and his uncle Mickey Mikulas. He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Vice Barcay; his sister Regina Carney (Barcay); his nephew Christopher Carney; his daughter Jennifer Elizabeth of Dayton, OH; his grandchildren, Madeline Grace, Isabel Faith and Charles; his nephew Sean Carney; and his niece Christine. He is also survived by his wife, his daughters, and his grandchildren.
