She was predeceased by: her former husband Ralph J. LeVan; and her parents, Harrison E. Heck, Sr. and Thelma G. Heck-Siegfried (Keck). She is survived by: her husband Ronald F. Kogelman; her children, Rick H. LeVan (Terry) of Redlands, CA, Scott J. LeVan (Debi) of Allentown, LoriAnn Wieand Amaya of Allentown and Kip R. Kogelman (Alicia) of Catasauqua; and her sister Crystal T. McCabe (Larry) of Florida. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
