She is survived by: her parents, Dennis Carwell and Susan M. Carwell (Ludwig); her children, Samantha Lee Carwell, Tylee, Brooklyn Lewis, Allen and Tyré Lewis; her sisters, Jennifer, Nancy and Kayley Carwell; and her grandmother Dolores Ludwig.
