She was predeceased by: her spouses, Theodore R. "Ted" Smith and April; her parents, Clarence Burley and Anna Burley (Schantz); her son Kevin P. Smith; and her brother Richard Burley.
She is survived by: her children, Gail A. LaFaver (John Sr.) of Palmer Twp, Robert D. Smith (Carol) of Emmaus and Jeffrey A. Smith (Bobbie) of Walnutport; and her sisters, Loretta and Clarice. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
