He was predeceased by: his father John J. Kromer. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth L. Kromer (Seng); his mother Mary H. Kromer (Kedl) of Allentown; and his brother James F. Kromer (Jennifer) of Indianapolis, IN. He is also survived by Sisters and Brothers in Law and Nieces and Nephews.
