He is survived by: his wife Catherine Muta (Jackovitz); his children, Cheryl Lewis (Scott) of Allentown, Carolyn Kotch of Allentown, Catherine Stroup of Alaska and James Muta; his grandchildren, Matthew, Jessica, Meghan, Dakota, Noah, Hunter, Zachariah, Jetlin, Austin, Emily, Jennifer and Christine; and his great grandchild Eve.
