He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Kelly and Agnes Kelly (Morrell); and his siblings, James Kelly and Maryanne Curran. He is survived by: his wife Anna Kelly (Luciani); his daughters, Patricia Balliet (Sherwood), Deborah Kelly and Kathleen Kelly; his grandchildren, Kelly Reiter (Dan), Megan Witchin (Eric), Erin Campbell, Kathryn Tobey and Colleen Tobey; and his great grandchildren, Matthew Greer, James Witchin, Oliver Witchin and Andrew Witchin.
