He is survived by: his brother Eugene Jr. (Mariza) of Honolulu; his stepsisters, Lehualani of Honolulu Hi and Lokelani of Lihue; his sons, Jason Beltrame (Rebecca) of Allentown, PA. and Justin Beltrame of Northampton, PA.; his granddaughter Laura Beltrame of Northampton, PA.; and his children, Joshua Beltrame of Allentown, PA., Ryan Beltrame of Allentown, PA., Julien Beltrame of Northampton, PA. and Arianna Beltrame of Northampton, PA..
In lieu of flowers, Hy requested to be honored by donating to the Lehigh Valley Humane Society.
