It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Harry Knecht of Allentown, Pennsylvania, born in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 18, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry W. Knecht Sr. and Anna Knecht (Schoenerberger); and his sisters, Doris, Marilyn and Carol.
He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Mark Knecht (Deb) of Mechanicsburg, PA, Christine Hartwell (Kevin) of Litchfield, NH and Yvonne Vallone (Tom) of Steel City, PA; his sister Shirley Hixson (Joe) of Bethlehem, PA; his grandchildren, Tye, Kevin Michael, Kaitlyn, Jake and Anna; and his stepgrandchildren, Zachary and Emelina.
A celebration of life will be scheduled later this year when, hopefully, COVID will cease to claim lives of our loved ones.
