He is survived by: his grandson Steven W. Jr. Smith of Allentown; his great grandchildren, Steven Smith III, Christian Olesak and Chase Harold Smith; his great great grandchild Gladys Smith; his son David M. Smith (Patricia); and his granddaughter Jessica Landis.
