He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward F. McGinley-Dougherty and Grace M. McGinley-Dougherty (Snyder); and his wife Mary T. McGinley (Walters). He is survived by: his daughters, Kathleen (Jeff Epting) and Joanne (Terry Heiney); his grandchildren, Lisa (Craig Underwood), Lori (Graig Selgrath), Michele (Shawn Kerrigan) and Thomas Heiney (Gabrielle); and his great grandchildren, Madeline, Ryan, Jacob, Ayden, Ella Grace, Alayna, Alexandra, Khyra, Kyle and Brent.
Viewing will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Weber Funeral Home (502 Ridge Ave, Allentown, PA 18102). A Mass will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Cathedral of St. Catherine of Siena and Was An (1825 W Turner St, Allentown, PA 18104). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cathedral Church of St. Catherine of Siena (1825 W Turner St, Allentown, PA 18104).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Francis' memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
