She was predeceased by: her husband Jack J. Kushner; her parents, Joseph Rodale and Esther Rodale (Brooks); and her daughter Kathy. She is survived by: her children, JoAnne Abrams (Robert), David Kushner and Leila Covrigaru (Arie); her grandchildren, Kori (Taryn), Barr (Jill) and Avi; and her great grandchildren, Jack, Max and Leo.
