She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas M. Fay; her parents, Patrick Joseph and Margaret Gallagher (Murphy); and her siblings, Margaret "Peggy" Bergamini, James and John Gallagher.
She is survived by: her son Thomas Scarlett of New York. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the K. V. Knopp Funeral Home (46 E Susquehanna St, Allentown, PA 18103). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Paul's R. C. Church (920 S 2nd St, Allentown, PA 18103). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery (60 Indiantown Gap Rd, Annville, PA 17003).
