He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Bogart and Lois Bogart (Hooey); and his siblings, Ronald Bogart, Beverly Jean Bogart and Debbie Ann Bogart.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bonnie Roznos of Middleburg, FL, William Bogart (Joan) of East Stroudsburg, Robert Bogart (Kay) of Vass, NC, Russell Bogart of Henryville and Brenda Rascona (Rick) of Wisconsin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
