She was predeceased by: her husband John M. Mahler; and her father Paul C. Butz. She is survived by: her mother Marion Butz (Kromer) of South Whitehall; her children, Joseph E. Mahler of Allentown, David M. Mahler of Allentown and Melissa M. Mahler of Stroudsburg; her grandson Brandon; and her sister Brenda Sutton of South Whitehall.
