He was predeceased by: his parents, G. Chester Heinze and Jean Sibylla Heinze. He is survived by: his wife Carrie B. Heinze (Morgan); his children, Kimberly J. Wagner (Craig) of Emmaus, Daria M. Greb (Brandon Schappell) of Alburtis and Damian M. Heinze of Allentown; his grandson William D. Garner; and his siblings, Thomas Heinze (Linda) of Kingston, Ontario and Jane Lindenmuth of Macungie.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the Stephens Funeral Home, Inc. (274 N Krocks Rd, Allentown, PA 18106). A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
