Schaefer, Jr.) of Montoursville; his children, Jonathan D. Lentz (Kayla) of Montoursville and Amber Marie Lentz; his siblings, Douglas B. Lentz (Pamela) of Indianland, SC and Sandra Lentz Strother (Roderick) of Hughesville; and his grandchildren, Nolan and Laurel Lentz. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
