He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Shelly and Betty Shelly. He is survived by: his children, Daniel T. Shelly (Debra) of York, David L. Shelly, Jr. (Tanya) of Ocean City, NJ and Dana Cremin of Woodland Hills, California; and his siblings, Lori Bartynski (Jeff) of Wisconsin, Connie Muheim of Virginia and William Shelly of Allentown. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
