He was predeceased by: his parent Alys A. Frey (DePuy). He is survived by: his father Robert G. Frey; his sister Lisa A. (John Aulenbach III); his nephew Bennett; his children, Jason and Jenna; and the mother of his children Debra Frey (Mann).
