He was predeceased by: his parents, Marilyn A. Perry, (Mayer) and David P. Perry, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Cathy (Klotz); his children, Colton A. Perry (Amber) of Topton and Jenae M. Perry of Topton; his stepdaughters, Abigail, Nicolle and Melissa Balliet; his grandchildren, Owen, Nessa and Brayden; and his siblings, Patricia Remaly, David Perry, Jr. (Susanna Ruiz), Suzanne Miller (Allen Oliver) and Lisa Perry. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
