She was predeceased by: her husband Gonzalo Vargas; her parents, Flor Marquez and Luisa Marquez (Carrillo); her son Jim Vargas; and her siblings, Angelo, Elias, Antonia and Marina.
She is survived by: her children, Gonzalo Vargas, Jr., Nereida Gerardiello (Kenneth) and Madeline Santiago (Emmanuel); and her sisters, Inocensia, Felicita and Luisa. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
