He was predeceased by: his father Joseph F. Pearce II (Deceased). He is survived by: his mother Kathleen M. Pearce; his siblings, Joseph F. Pearce III, Kathleen Pearce and Kimberle Pearce; his children, Brian Robert Jr. and Kirsten Marie Pearce; his niece Rachele Sutton; his nephews, Joseph Pearce IV, James Pearce, RJ Ruud, Nicholas Ruud, Michael Ruud and Matthew Sutton; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cameron Ruud, Arya Ruud, Ava Ruud, Hazel Belmonte, Grace Pearce and Rinoa Pearce.
Due to Covid a private service will be held for family and close friends.
