He was predeceased by: his father Richard L. Oplinger. He is survived by: his mother Marie Oplinger (Mazziotta) of Whitehall; his wife Philomena B. Oplinger (Giandomenico); his children, Chad B. Oplinger (Sara) of Pleasant Valley, NY and Chelsea M. (Paul Mussillami) of Emmaus; and his brothers, Dale R. Oplinger (Fran) of Walnutport and Gary W. Oplinger (Jane).
