She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Pireda (Mellin) and George Pireda; her husband Samuel Sam (Sammy); her daughter Denise Cali; and her siblings, Michael Pireda and Anna Dailey.
She is survived by: her children, George Sam (Rebecca) of Allentown and Audrey Sam of Walnutport; her son-in-law John Cali of Northampton; her grandchildren, Jason, Jaymi, Jody and Nichole; and her great grandchildren, Kaylee, Mia, Jovie and Anya.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Burkholder Funeral Home (1601 Hamilton St, Allentown, PA 18102). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the Lehigh County Humane Society, 640 Dixon St. Allentown, PA 18103.
