She was predeceased by: her husband Theodore Koch; her parents, Roy Wirth and Arlene Wirth (Schlegel); and her stepbrother Frederick Wirth. She is survived by: her sisters, Michele Moll and Linda; her stepsister Cheryl; her nieces, Jolene and Jennifer Timmons; and her great-nieces, Breena Oyola, Destiny Fiore and Anjelyne Nolasco.

Memorials can be considered in her name to Susan G. Komen to support breast cancer research or an animal charity of one's choice.
