He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Krasulak and Justina Krasulak (Gulycz); and his siblings, William, Michael, Frank, John and Mary (Catherine).

He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jane Krasulak (Schirmacher); and his brother Steven of Fogelsville.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Andrew's name to the Lehigh County Humane Society, 640 Dixon St. Allentown, PA 18013.
