She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfredo Diaz and Encarnation Acevedo Diaz; and her son Alfredo Velez. She is survived by: her daughters, Luz Velez, Yesenia Velez and Yasmira Velez. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren, nieces and nephew.
Viewing was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the James E. Humphrey Funeral Home (1112 W Market St, Pottsville, PA 17901). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
