He was predeceased by: his father Gordon Bethem; and his friends, Duke and Riley. He is survived by: his mother Connie Bethem (Atkins) of Belle Vernon; his wife Darlene Bethem (Perisich); his daughter Meghan Bethem (Aaron Beck); his granddaughter Beatrix Beck; his sisters, Gay Bethem and Leann Watkins (John Adams); and his nephews, Aaron Lenhart (Stephanie), Joe and Charlie. He is also survived by several relatives and friends.
