She was predeceased by: her father John Kovall; her husband Joseph Karbowsky; and her nephew Richard Kovall. She is survived by: her mother Agnes Pello Kovall; her daughter Nicole; her son-in-law Charles Terrell of Charleroi; her brother John Kovall of Uniontown; her grandchildren, Lucas Terrell (Jill), Carlie Terrell, Mason Terrell and Nora Terrell; and her great grandchild Parklynn Terrell. She is also survived by mom, helping her family.
