He was predeceased by: his parents, John K Mihalcuk and Helen Mihalcuk (Balog); his siblings, Helen Mihealsick, Mary Mihealsick, Ann Santo, Teresa Mihealsick, Michael Mihealsick, John Mihelasick and Pete Mihealsick; his niece Becky Goodnight; and his close friend Eleanor Jenkins.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Gertrude Mihealsick (Mitchell); and his nieces and nephews, Patrick, Bonnie Mihealsick, Paul Mihealsick, Leonard, Alyson Mihealsick, Kathy, Frank Cherup, Cheryl, Steve Neff, Jim, Sharon Santo, Pete, Leigh Santo, Diane Santo, John, Marie Mihealsick, Debbie, Edwin Culbertson, Mike Goodnight and Tim Mihealsick.
