He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Sublinsky and Helen Sublinsky; and his siblings, Charles, Walter, Robert Sublinsky, Delores Anto and Lois Sublinsky.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra A. Sublinsky (Scratchard) of Allegheny Township; his son Jeffrey A. Sublinsky (Elizabeth); his granddaughter Audrey Grace Sublinsky; and his brothers, Daniel Sublinsky (Cheryl) of New Kensington and Kenneth Sublinsky of New Kensington.
