He was predeceased by: his parents, William Forsman and Anna May Forsman (Bissert). He is survived by: his sister Annette Edwards of Rochester, PA; his brother-in-law Gary Edwards; his nieces, Nicole Fetzick (Scott), Kaitlin Brinser (James) and Deanna Edwards; and his great-niece Elianna Fetzick.
