He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Banshak; his children, Linda Johnson (Ron) of Bentleyville and Warren "Butch" Houseman (Carol) of Irwin; his grandchildren, Brian (Michelle), Karla Johnson Kalichuk (John), Kevin (Jessica) and Erin Herrman (Andrew); and his great grandchildren, Madeline, Henry, Olivia Johnson, Patrick and Parker Houseman.
