He is survived by: his children, Randy W. Hooks (Peggy) of North Apollo, Richard C. Hooks (Catherine) of Allegheny Twp and Cheryll L. Hooks of Allegheny Twp. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
