It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victor W. Smith in Allegheny, Pennsylvania, born in Rochester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 8, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor W. Sr. Smith and Vivien B. Carr Smith; his former wife Eleanor A. Vargo; his wife Lois R. Walker Smith; his son Mark Grant; his son-in-law David Kemp; and his sister Sherry Cholewiak.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammie S. Kemp of Rochester and Trisha J.; his son-in-law Mark Lawless of Mars, PA; his sons, Darren P. (Tammy Smith), Daugherty Twp and Jeffrey F. Grant (Matthew J. Grant) of Clarksville, TN; his grandchildren, Josh, Jessica, Kelsey, Audrey, Jill, Megan, Elaina, Jonathan, Jenna, Kenny, Ashley, Alex, Alyssa, Kaitlyn, Jordan and Harrison; his sister-in-law Thomas (Linda Smith); and his pet Missie. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, one brother.
