He is survived by: his sons, Cameron C. Fall of Fairview, PA, Chase A. Fall of Fairview, PA, Matthew R. Smith of Lake City, PA and Kale V. Smith; and his siblings, Albert S. Fall of Henderson, NV and Marilyn Fall of Wichita Falls, TX.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
