He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Donald, Lois Miller, Ralph and Janet Kuhn; and his father-in-law Ray Kaufman.

He is survived by: his parents, Ralph L. Kuhn and L. Diane Kuhn (Miller) of Allegheny Township; his wife Diana R. Kuhn (Kaufman); his children, Chase D. Kuhn of Allegheny Township and Carlee R. Kuhn of Allegheny Township; his brother Scott A. Kuhn (Michelle) of Allegheny Township; his mother-in-law Midge E. Kaufman of Parks Township; his nephews, Shane Kuhn (Lea) of Allegheny Township, Chad Kuhn of Allegheny Township and Troy Kuhn of Allegheny Township; his brother-in-law Doug Kaufman (Mia) of Bell Township; and his niece Audrey DeMann of California. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, and cousins.
