She was predeceased by: her mother Roberta Taylor Welsh (Wilks); and her daughter Skyley Bowser. She is survived by: her father Donald Taylor; her husband Charles A. Bowser; her children, Hailey, Kayley and Rayley Bowser; her siblings, Shawn Taylor (Kasey), Jason Taylor and Kirsten Welsh; her aunt Shirley Thimons; and her uncles, Ronald and Raymond Wilks.
