Pavlosky Slavin; his daughter Carrie Slavin of Ohio; his stepson Justin O'Hara of West Sunbury; and his siblings, Edward Slavin, Jr. of North Olmsted, OH, Linda Driscoll (Ed) of New London, OH and Peg Wooten (Mike) of Wellington, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
