He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Donnelly; his sister Amy; his mother-in-law Mary Matoka; and his pets, Haylee and Chunky.
He is survived by: his mother Sandra Elaine Donnelly (Sweeney) of Buckeye; his wife Suzanne M. Donnelly (Matoka); his father-in-law Robert Matoka of McCandless; his brothers-in-law, Robert Matoka (Gena), William Matoka (Helen), Christopher Matoka and Stephen Matoka; his nieces and nephews, Robert Matoka, III (Leah), Thomas Matoka, James Matoka, Bill Matoka Jr., Amiee Starinchak (Matt), Ashley Bandi (Steve) and Melinda Matoka; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ricky, Ben Starinchak, Elizabeth, Lindsay Bandi and Kyle Matoka; and his pets, Evva, Hank, Howard, Gabby, Fancy Pants and Stash.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mike's memory to the Kiski Valley Cat & Kitten Rescue, 637 Pine Run Road, Apollo, PA 15613.
