She is survived by: her husband Howard "Barney" Shearer of Allegheny Township; her son Robert Shearer of Gilpin Township; her grandsons, Daniel Shearer (Melissa) and Robert Shearer (Rebecca); her great grandchildren, Noah and Vance Shearer; and her brother John Altman of Gilpin Township.
