He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth T. Rupp and Mary Rupp (Guntrum); his significant other Patricia A. Rupp (Shoemaker); his sister Karen Rupp of Kittanning; his brother-in-law John Toperzer of Pittsburgh; his siblings, Dianne Morris (Todd) of Kittanning and Bruce Rupp of Smithfield, N. C.; his nephews, Philip and Nicholas; his great-nephew Carter; his niece Rebecca (Rich); his extended family, Jerry, Marilyn Shoemaker, David, Melissa Shoemaker, Greg, Corey Shoemaker, Jerry Jr. and Linda Shoemaker; his nieces and nephews, Karlee, Rachel, Alexandra, Aubree, Connor and Grant; and his granddaughters, Alivia and Natalie Smith. He is also survived by his numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins on his father's and mother.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Oakland Church of God (122 Kohlersburg Rd, Distant, PA 16223). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Mark's name to Oakland Church of God Children's Ministries.
