DeHaven; his child Lee DeHaven (Dana) of Conway; his stepchildren, Julia Eckman (Jeff) of New Sewickley Township and Tom Richard, Jr.; his wife Nikki of Wampum; his siblings, Kurt DeHaven (Carol) of Economy Boro and Kathy Greiser (Ed) of Bradfordwoods; and also, Grampy of Caleb, Lucas and Connor. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Keith's wife and children suggests memorial donations to the Kidney Foundation.
