It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Elaine Zaffutto of Allegheny, Pennsylvania, born in Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 22, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Earl Crissman and Frances Crissman (Hilty); and her husband Eugene Zaffuto. She is survived by: her children, Matthew Eckman of Murfreesboro and Robin Milanak (Timothy) of Allegheny Township; her stepchildren, Mina Petersheim (Pete), Kimberly Furman (Todd), Eugene Zaffuto and Tabitha Zaffuto-Favre (Marc); her siblings, Marcella "Marcy" Smail of Vandergrift and Leonard "Lenny" Crissman of Kittanning; and her pet Casey George. She is also survived by five grandchildren; fourteen step-grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren, two step-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice in Karen's memory.
