He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Bigley and Elda M. Bigley (Burkett); and his sister Mabel Keslar. He is survived by: his wife Hazel J. Bigley (Dougherty) of Allegheny Twp; his sons, Douglas J. Bigley of Allegheny Twp and John R. Bigley, Jr. of Allegheny Twp; and his grandchildren, Ryan M. Bigley (Lyndsey), Sara, Brystol, Taylor, Kaylee, Sierra, Tiffani, Austin and Hannah. He is also survived by his 12 great-grandchildren.
