She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis L. Lockard and Leona Lockard (Fisher); and her siblings, Robert Lockard, Annabelle Smail and Edna I. Wyatt.
She is survived by: her husband Albert C. "Peep" Anthony of Allegheny Township; her sons, Gail L. "Trooper" Anthony (Kathleen) of Allegheny Township, William D. Anthony (Linda) of Kettering and Dale D. Anthony of Pine Run; her grandchildren, Brad, Eric, William, Stephanie and Amber; her great grandchildren, Joseph, Michael and Elliott; and her siblings, Donald Lockard, Dave Lockard, Betty Jean Gray and Rose M. Bigley.
