He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry R. Whiting and Margaret Whiting (Tyler); and his brothers, Eugene D. and Timothy A. Whiting. He is survived by: his siblings, Deborah A. Hopkins (Charles M.) of Fairborn, OH, Henry L. Whiting of Baltimore, MD and Richard D. Whiting (Mary Ellen) of Apollo.
